MID-YEAR REPORTS IN FEBRUARY:

If the colleges to which you applied require a mid-year report follow these instructions:

1. Write in your spring schedule and attach the colleges’ mid-year report forms (with the student’s section completed by you).
2. Attach one stamped and addressed envelope for each college you must send a mid-year report to. Print the address of RHS in the upper left-hand corner.  Place two stamps on each envelope.

4. BE SURE TO GIVE ALL FORMS DIRECTLY TO MS. GUSMÃO.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE FORMS TO BE LEFT ON MS. GUSMÃO’S DESK.   PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOLLOWING THROUGH ON THE REQUIRED PROCEDURES.
