Private colleges and universities have different application periods and requirements. Students must email or call each campus to ask for specific instructions and request applications.

Students applying to private institutions that require letters of recommendation and or secondary school reports (SSR) must complete a recommendation/SSR packet by the following deadlines:

Early action/early decision applicants must turn in the complete packet to Ms. Gusmão by October 9.

Students with applications due between December 1 and February 1, must deliver all required materials to Ms. Gusmão by November 6th.

The recommendation/SSR packet includes a “brag” sheet, 4 student information forms to be completed by teachers, and other forms.

The recommendation/SSR packet and detailed instructions on how to complete it are available in the College Office. You must give your teachers at least two weeks for them to complete the necessary forms.

If these deadlines are not met, Ms. Gusmão may not be able to write for you. So do not wait!
