TRANSCRIPTS  

If your Secondary School Report or scholarship application states that a transcript is to be attached, YOU must request a sealed official copy of your transcript (one for each college to which you are applying) and YOU must complete a transcript request form College Office at least one week before the deadline.  Counseling Office needs one week to prepare the transcript. Plan accordingly.

• For applications or recommendations due after February 1, all relevant information (Brag Sheet, four completed Student Information Sheets, college essay, and interview) SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A MINIMUM OF THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE OF YOUR APPLICATION.
