For the University of California (UC) the application is available online on October 1. The filing period is November 1 - November 30th. The UC system prefers online applications. There is only one common application needed for all UC campuses.

The College Center will have several application workshops to help you complete applications online. If you do not have a computer at home, don’t worry; you will be able to complete your application in one of our computers here at school.

You need to begin your application soon!  Do not wait for November 30th to begin writing your essay. Admissions officers can easily tell when an essay was written the night before. So start now.
